We prepare a complex service package for audit, consultation and representation in accordance with the principal's requirements to support the financial management's work.
We can take part in the life of the company on a daily basis, i.e. we can work as an "outsourced tax department", replacing this way hired employees, but our principal will obtain a whole team of tax experts. Our partners usually ask for our background support primarily in the following areas: giving opinion about contracts, law monitoring, personal consultation, assistance in case of inspections performed by the NAV (National Tax and Customs Administration of Hungary), asking for resolution.

Comprehensive tax due diligence
Through our tax audit in respect of the fiscal years not closed yet by an audit made by the NAV we reveal the possible tax risks, we highlight the problematic areas and this way our partners can reduce the consequences of a revision performed by the tax authority.
Our services include also contribution to solving the problems after their identification:

counselling in case of possible reclaims to compile the necessary documents at the company;

counselling to determine the conformity level of the background documentation in respect of rules of law and inspection requirements.
Continuous taxation controlling
This service enables outsourcing of tax inspection from the internal revision system of the company and at the same time it provides the continuous presence of a consultant for the company. It is much easier to prevent a problem than correct errors subsequently. This activity helps to reveal possible taxation errors before submitting the tax return, this way it will be possible to minimize tax risks arising in the economic processes.
In case of a company group, harmonization of the internal operation rules and ethical regulations with the Hungarian legal system (compliance) and revealing consequences of tax law arising from internal regulations existing within the company group.
Thematic reviews
Within a thematic review we check some outstandingly important areas of the company's activity (e.g. advertising activity, promotions, commercial actions, cafeteria, etc.) in a complex way (contracts, internal regulations, certificates of completion, invoicing, accounting, declaration, etc.). Generally the activity checked within a thematic review concerns several tax types. We assess the tax risk - for each concerned tax type - and give proposal for the necessary modifications.

Law monitoring
We continuously follow the changes to the effective rules of law relating to taxation and provide written information for the Principal on the amendments of the rules of law relating to the taxation area concerning the company (acts, decrees, decisions, resolutions, guidelines).
Representation before the tax authority
Our company undertakes to perform the Principal's full-scope representation before the tax authority regarding the periods we have inspected (and if required also the uninspected periods).
During the representation by the tax experts our company shall elaborate the strategy and tactics of the representation. In addition, making use of the legal possibilities of the procedural order of the tax authority we shall ensure full enforcement of the Principal's rightful interests within the frames of law until the end of the tax authority's procedure of second instance.
Background support during the inspection made by the tax authority
To the extent as required by our partner we provide professional support during the inspection performed by the tax authority. We recommend this service for the case when the representation before the tax authority is solved (e.g. by a lawyer) but a team of experts is needed.

Consultancy, checking, preparing documentations relating to the transfer price
The tax authority monitors more and more frequently and more thoroughly the transfer price rules and transfer pricing methods of the companies and also it was found by the tax authority that the amount of the tax arrears in this scope had significantly increased. We help our principals with transfer price audit and consultation to minimize tax risks connected to the transfer price by involving our partner companies.
